Found a white Mit-bull mix with black spots on his ears tearing down 96B in Ithaca yesterday. Cornered him at a local Italian restaurant. Sweetest dog ever. He has no collar or tags but I managed to contain him for a couple hours until Animal control could come pick him up. I really wanted to keep him but Shiba and Hoshi wouldn't have it, and I really don't have the space. Anyway, the retaurant said he'd been coming around all day, but he didn't look completely starved. A really super friendly playful dog. Bonded to me right away.
Anyway, if those in the area know of someone missing this lovable boy please contact the Tompkins County ASPCA-Animal control at 607.257.1822 and mention Italian Carry Out. If no one claims him, he'd make a sweet pet for anyone able to handle his strength.
