it is a light bulb holder not fluorescent that hangs from the ceiling by its cord
if you go into the photo gallery and then Reptiles and Amphibians > Cages, Terrariums, Ponds, Aquariums. it is on page 41 on a bts skink enclosure on the bottom.
i cant seem to find it at the stores

It looks like just a bulb socket to me.
You could take the dome off a reptile lamp and use that, or rip apart an old lamp.
You have to check that the socket will withstand the heat produced from whatever bulb you choose to use.
I could be wrong though, I just woke up lol
