Bumps on dogs face!

I'm having another problem with Zeus. I noticed a little blackish gray bump near his eye. Well now it looks like it got a little bit bigger. And then on his chin I see a big reddish bump on it! And it's really hard. Could that be the cause of allergies? Or is it worse..like a..tumor? =(

Reddish bumps could be caused by allergies. Black or greyish bumps may be warts.
