Without getting more details I would throw out there that I would crate train them, totally supervise them to cut down on chances of doing it and neuter them if that isn't already done- not necessarily in that order. In my experience in the pet trade and running a boarding kennel Pugs are not the cleanest dogs to begin with so the training will need to be entirely consistent and constant. Don't let them make the mistakes. And hopefully they are clean in their crates.
