Another one of my goats had her baby. She was large so I thought there would be two but there was only on BIG one.
At least it was a girl.
Two more to go.

Well, actually, the delivery was interesting as the baby wasn't positioned right. Let me tell you, they don't like it when they are trying to push it out and you're pushing it back in. If you can picture a goat giving you a dirty look...

My computer was down and now my camera isn't transferring pictures so I think I have reinstall the program...but I have to find the CD...humm...where is that thing...

No, I can't picture a goat giving you a dirty look, Dee but I'm sure it wasn't a very nice look. LOL

Sorry you're having problems with your computer and pictures. I fear that happening to me as well. I've saved some pictures to discs but not all of them.

Last night I saw another doe ready so I separated her from the others and checked her around 11, gave her two hours, went to check her again and two little girls greeted me. It was alittle cold so I rubbed them down (put little sweaters on but decided to take them off so they could dry better)

One would take the nipple in her mouth but not suckle so I checked again later that night to make sure she was eating (feel little round tummies)

I also had to put up a separator of some kind because one goat was picking on another and I wanted to close the doors. Finally went to bed at 5:30.

Something is wrong with my connector between my camera and the computer so pictures will be late in coming.

Oh my goodness, Dee you're going to be kept busy with all the kids around. LOL I'm looking forward to the pictures.
