S'shadow Report

Good news is that the vet thinks this is a muscualr problem, possible groin or maybe even leg cramps. no sign of the dreaded illness we all fear. Big lump almost swallowed the temp probe and not orally at that!!! Scared the vet tech so bad she was willing to forego the process but i insisted that the big clown have a temp taken...he is still overcoming the indignity of it all this AM....giving me those "how could you, Mom" looks.....he was heartworm negative so we can start that process...put on muscle relaxers at bedtime for two weeks, then we do every other night.....so, my heart has left my throat for now......thanks for all the support.....BTW .....missed you all in Tuesday chat! maybe next week...H

Oh Helen that is good news indeed. Hopefully, these pills will help him. I'm sure he'll forgive you for being "violated". Gotta love those big goofy guys.

Glad you got good news about Shadow. I hate it when I find a lump or see a limp.

Dogs and cats come into our lives, and too quickly go leaving pawprints on our hearts, and we will never be quite the same again.
