We hab kumpanee for a kuppol ob daze. Meez skin sistir, Kim, habs to go owt ob town for free daze and wen her goes on cumpanee bizniss trips, meez kuzins Haley (da Haley monstir who is a blak labbie mix) and Chico (who is a big brindol greyhound) stay here wif us. Sumtims meez skin pup Jake staze, but Mommee habs to go to werk tomorrow and Daddee habs a bizzee week, so him is staying wif meez skin sistirz bestest fren ~ dat wae he won't miss enee skule eever. Da Haley Monstir (frum now on dust referred to as Haley) had a bakterial infekshun and habs been doctoring for a month now and is still gitting stuff in her eerz and taking pills in peenut butter. Well, meez habs to say dat her is by far eever da brabist dog alibe or da most stoopidist wun. And her is pretty smart most ob da time.
Dis morning Mommee wuz putting eer wash in her eers and den da medisin... Haley wuz reelee gud for da firstist eer but den her rite eer must be more sore bekauz her ... now are you reddee for dis? You aren't going to beleeb it.. her showed her teefies at meez Mom and made dis reelee soft growling sound in her frote. Now you wud fink dat her wud 'member da wast time her did dat and Mommee slammed her to da floor and held her down ~ but noooooooooooo her had to tri it agin. Mommee grabbed her kollar and askt her if her reelee wonted to do dat (in her meen "Meez issa boss* boice) and Haley must hab had an instent memoree ob da lastist time bekauz her rolled ober and putted her weggies inna air and let Mommee finish. :::whew:::: Meez wuz werried dare for a minit. Den her terned around to mee and sed (in dat same "Meez issa boss* boise) And don't YOU git enee ideeuz ..... wike meez wud eben kunsider dat.. meez habs a reelee gud memoree......

Wow, Kota, that must have been scary. The only one of us who ever tried the growly thing with Mama was Nancy. It wasn't because of taking meds though. Mama was ready to vacuum and Nancy didn't want to move off of the bed so Mama did the "I'm picking up the bed, MOVE" routine and Nancy kind of snarled. It was the wrong thin to do. Mama had hold of Nancy so fast it took my breath away. She sounded really mean when she talked to Nancy. Mama told Nancy that she might be the alpha hound but that Mama was the ALPHA B*&%H and Nancy would listen when she talked to her. Nancy did after that and none of the rest of us argued with Mama about moving from the beds because we didn't want to hear that voice talking to us.

Uh, I don't know if brabe is the right word Kota. My Kay has bared her teeth at me before when I was administering medicine to her ears. I threatened to slap the taste out of her mouth so she thought better of it.
