Yuck! Iams used to be the food to feed... until they made it cheaper to sell in the supermarket.

Since Ayla had her seziure, I'm afraid of food now, not knowing what caused it. I stopped giving her kibble and only give her the raw, cooked, but someone else told me about not cooking the bone that is ground up in the food. I have found a few larger pieces although they are not pointy.

You can go crazy with the variety of dog foods today. When I had my beagle, Chipper there were no pet stores like we have today and the dog food was bought at the grocery store. I forget what I fed him now but he lived to be seventeen.

I wonder where the old foods used to be made? I wonder if they were made here in America.

Sally, I believe they probably were made right here! That is why dogs were okay on them! I don't think there was dry food back then either. Dogs started having trouble when dry/grain was introduced to them, in my opinion... Just a thought
