The news was not good, in fact it was very bad. I don't really want to go into detail, but the vet said that he couldn't be fixed and that he would probably get septic soon and suffer, so we collectively decided to send Timmy to the bridge today. We didn't want to prolong the inevitable or wait until he started to suffer. He got a yummy meal, 2 cheeseburgers from DQ, lots of attention and loving, then his 5 biggest fans gathered around and held him, told him we loved him as he took his last breaths.It was very important to Lisa to do it at the shlter with us comforting him. After we took him to the vet where he will have a private cremation under my name. It was very important to me to get his ashes. And he got to go to Heaven with his manhood!

When I didn't see an update on Timmy, I had a bad feeling. I am so sorry, and I know that this hurts your heart, but please know much it had to mean to him to have you to love him, even if it was for such a short time. Your love for him was special.... you gave your love when he wasn't *perfect*, although the bond between the two of you was.
