Well, first Carmella and Benji appeared at my front door asking if I wanted to go for a walk. Since it was a beautiful night, I consulted with Katie and she agreed that it would be a nice night to take a walk. I figured that we would do our usual walk down the street and back but Carmella thought it would be nice to walk around the block...a loooong block. LOL Surprisingly, Katie led the parade and it was indeed a long walk but a real nice walk. Katie snoozed for more than an hour after we returned but I was good and didn't. About nine o'clock a young man rang my bell and and greeted me with a large pizza. Now, I love pizza and would have been happy to accept it except that I didn't order one. LOL When he gave me the address, I directed him to the private road leading to the houses up the hill, across the street from me. Hmmmmm, never though of ordering a pizza to be delivered. I might do that some night.

That sounds like a lovely evening. Trudy got her usual walk this morning. Sure is getting WARM and humid!

Sally, I'm glad that you and Trudy were able to take a nice walk. You can send some of that warmth my way. We did have a couple of real nice days but right now it looks like it's going to pour rain at any moment. We certainly don't need more rain right now. Katie's no fool. She's still upstairs sleeping. LOL

Mary Lou, that would've been a busy night for me as well! I hardly ever have anyone come to my door. We have BIG blocks here too and sometimes we go all the way around, sometimes not. It would be nice to have a conpanion to walk with
I have had pizza delivered a few times. It is convenient, but most of the time I "doctor-up" a frozen one.

Phyl, it is nice to have someone to walk with. Carmella and Benji walk the area down in back of us all the time. I think they've met every dog and owner for a mile around. LOL Now that the weather is nice we have many dogs being walked by my house as well.

You've got that right, Cheryl. As my dad use to say, "Each day I wake up is a good day." LOL Well, today was a beautiful day and Katie and I spent most of it outside doing this and that. Well, I was doing this and that....Katie was watching me. LOL
