Hi glad to have you here! Sometimes the activity level picks up a little here in this forum. It looks like you have quite a few stories to share regarding your crew. Would love to read them!

If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went.
Most of our dogs were dumped out one place or another. Some we remember exactly all the details, and some we've forgotten. Two of our cats were also dumped out, one just showed up, and the the other I adopted. The burros and horses, tho', we're gotten on purpose. Actually, my Christmas present one year almost 23 years ago was adopting one of the wild burros rounded up. Will have to get a photo of her (and her son) on Photobucket to show you.
Burros are afraid of horses, so we had her bred on purpose to have a buddy. And of course, her son, Jimmy C. (22 yrs.old) was castrated.
I had a riding mare, Dolly, but lost her to cancer about four years ago. And we had originally three Percheron draft horses, but lost one to dam colic. When we bought Liz and Lena, Lena was in foal, and so she still has her son, Kody, to keep her company.
And yup, there'll be the story of the box turtle w/photos eventually!
So tell me some about yourself?
Sounds like quite the mixed crew of animals. Fun!

Chelle and the rest of the crew including, but not limited to Kita and Taiko (the shiba inu wrestle maniacs), Adi (reserved and dignified tabby cat), and all 28 reptiles www.freewebs.com/performanceshibas
also sometimes be a pain in the butt!
Wouldn't trade them for anything, tho'.........
Bluburd I have 3 Shiba Inus and mainly hang out on that board but do frequent the others as well. My first two Shibas were rescues one from Brooklyn and the other from Dutchess County. My third I adopted when my breeder/rescue contact was dying of cancer and her own dogs had to go into rescue and be adopted out. They have been great dogs... all three have their own inherent problems. One has a backend problem... one has allergies and the last was diagnosed with primary glaucoma. I wouldn't trade them for anything!
BTW... while I use Photobucket myself... you may not know that by being a registered member here that you have access to a free 10mb photo account right here on the DogHobbyist. Just click on the tab above that says Photos... register your account and follow the instructions. I don't think the Mixed Breeds have their own sub-category so you might have to use the Members Gallery.

I'm so used to using Photobucket, tho', I think I'll stick with that. LOL....If it ain't broke, why fix it?
Love the photos of your dogs. BTW, I'm originally from LI, NY - another Yankee!
Yep I hear ya on that one. Photobucket is one of the better ones out there though they did just have a glitch with people getting a virus from one of the ads. I think they fixed that problem though.
I'm in Central New York... right in the heart of the Fingerlakes area. I'm a Reds fan though!
