Hi all just got home from our week at Nationals and the Toy Dog shows in Oklahoma...I also had company for 10 days.....
Maxie is in Paris at his new home. He and his new mommy Josette are having fun and preparing for the French Dog show next month.
Tommie was shown 2 days and he was a good boy.
It was great seeing all the people I only see at that time.
Finally on the last day Amy got Best of Opposite Sex, there were so many beautiful Shih Tzu there...
Josette took the pictures so when she forwards them to me I will share them with you.....

Denice, it sounds like you're doing a lot of traveling. Oh wow, you have a dog in Paris? That's great! I'm sure Maxie will just love Paris. Don't forget the pictures now.

I hope to go to France next year when Maxie is old enough to compete as an adult and watch him show with Josette in the French National Championship. In their country they cannot be a Champion until they are over 12 months old.

Has Josette been showing long? How did you two meet?

I met Josette at the 2000 National Specialty. She was so nice and had a beautiful bitch named Tess she was showing. She did a really nice job with her. We only see each other once a year at Nationals but she has always been pleasant and does a great job with her dogs. Tess has like 14 titles all over Europe and the USA. She has another one that has 12 titles. So I see a good future for Maxie he will be a star in Europe and probably come back to do his USA Championship too.

Tommie went second in his class one day.
Best of Opposite Sex is when the Best of Breed was a male and she was the best girl chosen from the girls. If the girl went Best of Breed then a boy would have been chosen for Best of Opposite Sex.
We have a hiatus till June 5th. thank goodness I am exhasted...

Denice, glad you are home safe & sound. Wish you could have taken top prize in all the shows. I am glad Amy got a ribbon
So Maxie went to live in Paris! How cool is that! Hope he does well in the show world over there.
