cataracts

Is there any other option other than surgery for cataracts? Anything Holistic or natural that can be given for improvement?

I use Cineraria maritima eyedrops. They work well over a relatively short period of time to dissolve the cataracts. I have heard of Zinc ascorbate eyedrops, but I don't have any personal experience with them.

One drop twice a day.
