haircut

deetu Jul 07, 2009 09:22 PM

Ayla was due for a haircut a while before i broke my wrist so i called my girlfriend and asked her to groom her. she has won many grooming contests over the years and grooms and shows poodles and bichons. she was also the one who taught me to groom.

well, she said i did a nice job on her. good compliment considering i never learned tzus.

and ayla was a good girl, although my friend said that her back legs aren't good... to keep an eye on them. but she said Ayla is so sweet.

here is a recent picture of me

Wow, Dee! That cast is HUGE. They really didn't want you to move your wrist did they?
You are a very pretty lady
I'm sure Ayla looks lovely. She is too cute not to

Wow, Dee that a big cast! You still look lovely in spite of the cast. I'm sure Ayla looks lovely after her grooming. Katie needs a bath and grooming as well but it's been hard to put two nice days together here with all the rain we've had. She almost had one today since the weather is gorgeous but the grass is still very wet. I'll give it one more day to dry up a bit and if I'm really lucky, we may even get a couple of nice days. LOL

Yikes, that cast is a monster. I didn't realize that they would put on cast that big for a broken wrist. I think you need to stay out of the wet grass. If anyone tries to rob you the cast will make a good weapon.

last night i was doing something with my left hand and the bottle got away from me so instints was to grab it with my right hand... boy, did it hurt. i wondered if i did damage but my husband reminded me that the doctor said it is wrapped well and would take alot to cause problems. when i thought about it, i think it was just my thumb movement i felt because that still hurts. sigh...

Glad you didn't injure the hand, Dee. Did the doctor say how long you would have to keep it wrapped?
