Suprise, she's still growing (pic heavy)

Little miss Dasy hit the 6 month mark this month, you can see the maturity in her eyes.. at least a little.

while she may always run on the lean side, I think she's going to be a tall girl, at least in comparison to her brother. I haven't weighed her but I think she's around 20 lbs.

and of course she's still got her hound side, her nose isn't as hot as a beagles, but she sure does like to use it. the beagle in her is undeniable; she can yodel, bark, whine, howl, bay or sound like an alien.

this was her a few days after she came home in April.

I've been working on pointless tricks with her lately, just something to keep her brain working I suppose. I still think she's too tall to be part dachshund, usually dachshund mixes have the dwarfism gene and none of her siblings were short legged.

I agree, she looks too tall to have much dachshund in her. Her ears do resemble the Dachshund a little, especially in the last picture.
