Busy day....

Skaket Jul 14, 2009 06:36 PM

Well, we had a very busy but noisy day here today. After all the storms we've had recently, there were still many trees or parts of trees that needed to be taken down and today my neighbor had two removed. Since it was easier to access the chipping machine in my driveway rather than my next door neighbor's that's where it was most of the day. Katie was not exactly thrilled about this but she was very good. She's rather antsy tonight however. I think she's waiting for it to come back. Thankfully, we'll be back to peace and quiet tomorrow since all the work was completed.

Mary Lou,

It was a beautiful day here in Indiana. Sunny, about 80, low humidity, and a gentle breeze. Not what you expect this time of year. Normally, boiling sun, high 80's with humidity you could cut with a knife and no breeze. Alas, it looks like it will end tomorrow with rain in the forecast.
