Snarfing puppy?

OK, I got a pup from the Humane society 4 days ago. I work nights and have not had much time to spend with her, so my husband was in charge of keeping an eye on her at night. My house is -very- busy, as all the neighborhood kids love my pool, and not to mention this very weekend, a friend and his family (total of 4) spent the weekend with us. Yesterday I was searching for an emergency vet since the pup took a turn for the worst. In short, she had -bad- diarrhea, vomiting, white gums, and nasal discharge, lethargic, and no interest in anything except water. My fear was parvo. This would not be the first time I've dealt with that. I did what I could. Even yelling at the kids and everyone to just LEAVE HER ALONE, geeze i think i said that enough in my sleep alone. Anyways, after some kaopectate, Pedialyte, careful monitoring and spending alot of time with her, last night, she ate, held down the food, and today is Playful, eating, drinking, have yet to poop, but keeping a close eye on that as well. I started with her training of basic commands, using treats (very little amounts of) I now notice she's snarfing alot. There's still some nasal discharge, like whitish booger. I keep a paper towel on hand to try to get them before she does (not so successful there), im wondering if anyone has any idea if this might just be a cold or should i be more concerned with the boogers and snarfing? This is the first real day i've had to spend with her since getting her. Shes about 3 months old, and looked healthy when i picked her up from the Humane society, and is upt on shots an everything. I dont hear her coughing, so im not thinking kennel cough, but when she gets excited, the whole snarfing through the nose thing happens all over. Any ideas other then "get her to the vet"?

I should mention, she is not a short nosed dog by any means. She looks to be and according the the humane society (from the person that dropped the litter off to them) is a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, and I can definately see that in her.

Get her to the vet is the only thing I can suggest. You need to find out what's wrong with her and it needs to be treated.
Hope she's ok.
