came in third though. the three judges were surprised too. they each grade differently on creativity, use of material, orginality, etc. when totalled... well, i thought i should have gotten at least second.

the one judge was looking around like she wanted to check the score or have it changed but i told her it would be too late to change it now. she agreed.

i should have stayed around and got my picture taken or on local tv but i was happy seeing that the judges were surprised too.

the firehouse dog is the winner. they had the head propped up with a measuring cup before judging. if you look now, you will see a biscuit doing the job.

the second place winner is on the right of mine. all three judges said they had a hard time choosing between the two of us... then again, they thought they were choosing between first and second place.

i didn't bother picking it up after the fair. it ends up sitting around until it falls apart.
