I adopted Augie a few months ago from the local animal shelter. I saw him on the city's website and rushed in to see if I could adopt him. When I got there, I couldn't find him and found out they were about to take him back to be euthanized. I asked them if I could see him and that I was almost 100% sure I was going to adopt him. Instead of being put to sleep that day, he was fixed and the next day he came home with us. I just wish we knew what breeds he was mixed with. They said collie, which I can sort of see. He has webbed feet, so maybe a little lab. He has two coats of fur and constantly sheds. I'm just lost.

WOW! What a great story! Congrats on saving a great looking dog! I'm not to good at guessing breeds but I would say there could be some Terrier in there. No matter what it'll be fun to read some updates on Auggie when you can post them.

Awww, what a cutie! His story shows just one of the reasons everyone should adopt from a shelter. As to the breeds, maybe some Jack Russell? My dog is supposed to be a JRT/Brittany mix, and she has webbed feet too.
