Update on John

DnDShihTzu Sep 06, 2009 09:25 PM

After a premature release John spent one uncomfortable night home and was taken back to the hospital. His brain injury was causing him so much pain he was delirious even with the oral pain meds they just were not enough.
He is currently in our local hospital not back at UMAS in Little Rock which was 77 miles away. When they can get his injuries under control he will be admitted as an inpatient for his therapy for at least a week at a local Rehab that is part of our hospital.
He is also having his burns attended to by professionals which I am not.
I want to thank you all for the beautiful prayers, I find myself praying alot and so many people are praying for John it gives me comfort. I know the Lord will never give me more than I can handle and I have strength from that.
TY so much-

Thank you SO much for the update on John. I am so sorry he is in so much pain. They think his head is healing well? I hope the pain get MUCH more managable very soon. I think about him often. Still praying and I will concentrate on pain now in the prayers.

Take care of yourself. Hugs, Sally

Denice,

Glad to get your update and that John, although not all healed, is on the mend.

Prayers are still being said for John and you.

Denice, I have been so concerned for both of you. I am glad John seems to be pulling through this ordeal. I will continue to keep him in my prayers. God is doing a good work and we will believe Him to complete it.
Hugs
Phyl

Denice, I'm glad to hear that John is making progress and will continue to pray that they can get his pain under control and he will soon be home.

Denice, so glad for an update. ((HUG))

Lord, we ask for continued healing for John. Father, we ask that the pain and pressure be less and less with each minute. Lord, we also ask that the therapy be easy for him because he is healing better then anyone expected. In Jesus's name we pray.
