Autumnal Equinox...

Time01 Sep 18, 2009 03:13 PM

The autumnal equinox Sept 22, 2009; 5:18 PM. EDT, the Sun appears to cross the celestial equator, from north to south; this marks the beginning of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere.

Now isn't that just a fancy way of saying Winter is on the way and get out those Doggies Sweaters. LOL

I don't want to even think about it, Cheryl. While I'm not crazy about real cold weather, I can deal with that. It's the snow that I don't like anymore. LOL Katie agrees with me.

Rarely gets very cold here, but I am SO glad the terrible, dry summer is OVER!

Sally, I think we must have stolen all your rain this summer and fall. LOL We did have a beautiful, sunny day here today though. I keep telling myself that perhaps with all the rain we've had we'll have less snow this winter but don't think that it works that way. What a gorgeous picture of Trudy and your garden!!!!!

Yes, I think our rain was in other areas for sure.

Thank you. We are moving right now to the Houston area so we have to leave our yard...The new yard will be nice too.

I haven't been well. I am at my Mom and Dad's house while Fred has been working at the new job in Houston and getting things ready for the movers. He is so busy. I am in bed. I hope to get better and be able to unpack boxes. So stressful.

Oh Sally, I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Hope you're feeling better real soon.

Moving is not easy and can be very stressful. Try and take things a little at a time if you can.

Sally, moving is hard on anyone when they are in tip-top shape, you be careful & take it easy. That's why there are movers to do those things. Get well soon
Prayers & hugs

Oh yes, movers to the moving, but there is so much to do. My hubby is doing everything. I am still at my parent's, in bed. I am walking more today.
