I could not believe Max had done this! Nicky was in his crate, so he didn't join in or it could have been worse. I really hadn't intended to vacuum & scrub when I got home from work. Oh well.. I guess Max is going through his second childhood. It was a bag that I had meant to put in the can outside, but didn't get to it at lunchtime. I will be taking out the bags from now on...

You guessed right Mary Lou. Nicky was crated and didn't know anything about it. He did have to sniff the mess when I let him out though. He just ran off into the living room, like he knew this was not a good thing! LOL

And girls will be girls, Gary. LOL Katie can make quite a mess too at times. She's not as bad now but when she was younger, she loved to get into everything. LOL

that is too funny - -must of had a ball though! !!! Hi there and hello everyone. I haven't been on here for a long time but I occasionally check in to read the posts. All is well here in Nova Scotia. Chloe is doing good. She is now 7. Patch my beagle is still hanging on - he is 15 1/2 years old! In September I had my daughter's daschund for 2 weeks while she and her husband were on their honeymoon to Hawaii! I am now a mother-in-law, lol.

Heading out to the cottage tomorrow for 4 days for Thanksgiving, yes it is the Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend. Well must put away my stuff here at work and go home!

Great to hear from you and glad to hear that all is well up there in the cold country. So glad that Chloe and Patch are doing well. I had a beagle named Chipper and he lived to be seventeen. Drop in more often if you have the time. We love to hear from you.

Hi Mary Lou - yes I remember you telling me about Chipper - 17.... I don't think he will make it that far although that is only 1 and a half years from now. Do you still have your summer place? and if so, were you there this summer?

Oh, Patch may surprise you, Donna but either way, he's had a wonderful life. Yes, I still have the summer place but didn't spend much time there in the last couple of summers. I'm not crazy about long distance driving now. I'm not crazy about winter now either but winter will arrive soon I'm afraid. I hope it's an easy one. LOL
