Well, in spite of all the rain, Katie and I managed to get our Pumpkin Patch ready for Halloween. Katie's now trying to decide what she's going to wear to greet the trick or treaters. LOL Katie loves Halloween because each time a trick or treater comes to the door, she gets a tiny treat. Do your little ones like Halloween?

Mary Lou, you & Katie did a really nice job on the patch this year! It will be great tonight.
We don't do Halloween here, because Max would go nuts barking & wanting to get out the door. Maybe if I had started it earlier in having him, it would be different. I just darken the front end of the house and go to the back and wait for it to be over. We don't have a lot of small children in our neighborhood any more anyway.
I hope you have a fun time handing out candy

Thanks, Phyl. Katie supervised while I did the work. It really isn't much work and we have, so far, a real nice day and hope the weather continues into the night so the little ones can show off their cute costumes. The town has a Halloween Party for the older kids so we don't get many of them. I hope I get a lot of kids or I'm going to be eating candy until Christmas. LOL Katie's very good when the kids arrive at the door. I usually give he3r a tiny treat every now and then during the night so that keeps her happy. I also lift her up so she can see the kids and they get a big kick out of that because I put her little pumpkin hat on her. LOL

Where we live we don't get any trick or treaters. Probably best as these two would have the door torn off the hinges.

I don't get as many as I use to either, Gary although I still get enough to make it fun.

Well, Katie had a great time visiting with all the Halloween kiddies. I took the upper part of my storm door out so I wouldn't have to keep opening the door and worry about Katie going out. The kids got a big kick out of her also dressed up for Halloween. I still have a ton of candy left so I guess I'll have to finish that off myself over the next month. LOL

That looks so pretty!

We were at my son's wedding on Halloween night.

Some sweet friends from New Mexico came to El Paso to babysit Trudy in the hotel. It worked great.
