If they like each other they will. But there is not a 100% guarantee.

They will mate fine, but are you sure that is a wise choice? There's a lot of time, energy, effort that goes into planning great matches in dog breeding. There's also a lot of heartache when problems happen. If it were me, I'd find a mentor in your breed and have an open and honest discussion about why you want to become a dog breeder. One can learn a ton from someone in person.
