Well, Katie tried to help me put up the Christmas decorations. I found her walking around the living room with one of the window candles in her mouth. LOL Fortunately there was no bulb in it so that helped. Do any of your little ones show any interest in the decorations you might use?

My short dogs and getting older dogs, been there done that. Now if I still had Ridgebacks that and more would have been carried around the house and chewed up. LOL

When I had my beagle, Chipper I use to have a floor tree with tinsel on it. He use to pull all the tinsel off on the lower part of the tree. LOL We finally got smart and stopped putting any there. At least he didn't eat it.

Ayla got nervous as we were putting up the tree, so she figured she would be safe if she jumped in her bag... just in case we were going somewhere.

Ayla's a very smart, little doggie, Dee. Katie keeps track of where I am now. If she's sleeping in her bed and she wakes up and can't see me she'll come looking for me. She's fine when I leave the house though and don't take her. I make it a point to let her know that I'm leaving. She usually goes into her bed then and waits for my return. LOL

That's funny, Dee. LOL Katie has never been one to climb steep stairs, Dee so I always carry her up to bed at night. I also carry her down. If she wakes up in the morning before I go up and get her, she'll sit at the top of the stairs and bark for me to come and carry her down. LOL
