My area west of Houston is SURE COLD! Look at my fountian this morning!

Oh wow, Sally that sure is frozen!!! I can't wait until it warms up a bit here also. The snow and frigid temps. are really getting to me. Katie's not very thrilled with it either. Think I'll go soak in my tub filled with nice hot water for an hour or so. Katie's hogging the couch tonight so I can't relax there. LOL

Yes, so cold. All of the flowers and plants CROAKED. Looks bad, except for the bushes, trees. I am not used to this! ha.

That's what I was thinking too, Sally, that you aren't used to freezing temperatures. The fountain looks pretty though

What happened to global warming? It's not global warming on me!!. LOL It was 8 deg last night and is going to be that cold tonight also.

Well, from what I've read about global warming, Cheryl it doesn't necessarily mean that all our winters are going to be warmer but rather some parts of the globe are showing signs of being warmer. I saw a show about polar bears one night and it was showing how global warming was changing the way they live. I was also watching another show about the great blizzard of 1888 where areas in the North East received 40 to 50 inches of snow. I don't think we've had one of those since then so perhaps we are getting warmer little by lttle. LOL

Yes, the polar bears are moving, but they are doing well.

So much colder in SO many areas. Amazing.

I guess the polar bears are doing ok, Sally but they are having to adjust to the change. The South is really experiencing some cold temps!!!!

I'm with you Cheryl. We are going down to about zero, actual temp, tonight. Maybe a little lower. I can't believe the dogs like it so much. We only let them out for a few minutes at a time and they drive us crazy wanting out all the time.

we only got down to 10 above last night. That doesn't make me mad and a warm up is coming. YAHOO!!!
