Ohio Tri-Pod Rescues?

I live in NE Ohio and have been searching for rescues in the area that are for "special needs" dogs- specifically tri pod dogs.

Does anyone have any leads on a rescue in Ohio- or around Ohio that will adopt out of state? I don't need the info right away because we won't be ready to adopt for at least a year. But I figure that would give me enough time to come up with at least SOME rescues. Cause I have had absolutely no luck googling for this info.
