Well, for goodness sakes, we can't overlook these special days! Was Beni a Gotcha Day present for Keiko's First Gotcha Day?

Bob, I should have checked with you sooner.........how is your wrist doing? I hope it's not hurting you and making summer too uncomfortable for you!

Anne... I had gotten Keiko in July 2002 and Toshi in Oct 2002 from my breeder/rescue contact. On the anniversary of me getting Keiko I was going to drive down to see Valerie. Instead the drive was made to pick up Beni from 2 of Val's friends as she was dying of bone cancer. It was a bittersweet time back then. The whole story is here in the archives somewhere.

As for the wrist.... it is making for a bummer of a summer!
