Don't forget.........entries for the National/Eastern weekend close Sept.1 and the supt. is MB-F/Infodog.com. Lure coursing entries due to Liza Voris on Sept. 1 as well. There will be no entries taken day of the event. LGRA entries to Julie Gwin. The form for the education seminar needs to go to Sheila Hoffman and can be found in the last Scribe or contact Sheila. Raffle and silent auction item donations,please contact Dominic. Any and everything would be helpful. Rebecca Stephens will be sending out a schedule shortly for CHIC clinics throughout the weekend.
Anyone who e-mailed me with dinner/lunch/merchandise orders, please send me your checks ASAP so I can have the accounting done before I get to the Cape.
We will be sharing our ring with the Boxer specialty so some days we will start at about 8:30 and other days we will be later. I will let you know as soon as I know the schedule.
If you think you might stop in at the Meet and Greet at the host hotel Thurs evening just RSVP either Liza or myself. We plan on offering some local chowders at this event!

Shoot! New York "Bed Bugs" and hurricane Earl just may put a real damper on this year's National.

A catagory 2 hurricane can do a lot of harm. I've lived through several being on the gulf coast. I drove through Katrina as it tore down the leveies. Not an easy thing to experience.

Yes the hurricane Earl will be gone but depends on the devestation that could be left - sometimes takes weeks upon weeks to get thing back up and running. Can happen easily - I HAVE BEEN THERE DONE THAT - till you sit through one and wait for weeks for electric and clean up - you have no idea.

Well we here in Earls path are kinda holding our breath BUT are optimistic maybe just stupid Yankee's who knows one thing I do know is my mother is moving into my house for the weekend and I am getting the heck out of here!!!! Heading North for some coursing WELL off the shore and my mom,who is water front in CT, will be safe as I live on a hill

Pam, Perhaps, Earl will drop the bedbugs off in MA to be there waiting for us, however, I can't imagine Earl will wait around on us for two weeks.
