Finally hot summer gone, at least that is what the weather man says, Fall is here! First day of Fall the temp was 95 deg., that set a record. Today the high will be 69 deg. Open window and turn off the AC!

I think Fall is arriving here too, Cheryl but we haven't had any temps. in the 90's. The only problem is that it's bringing lots of rain with it but I keep tellng myself that I don't have to shovel rain. The leavew on some of the trees are turning color also. Unfortunately, the rain is bringing down some of them and I have to rake them up. I don't even want to think about what is coming after Fall. LOL

I don't like either real cold weather or snow either, Gary but living in New England I don't have much choice. Right now they have tornado warmings for the southern part of the state. I hope they don't get them.

Yep, the first day of Fall felt more like summer time. This morning it was a crisp 48. Had the windows open all night and it was a bit chilly.

Dogs do like it some. The chilly temps put a new spring in the step. LOL

It was on the chilly side here also this morning, Gary. In fact, I threw my heat up a bit to take the chill off. I also had an oil delivery this morning. Hmmmmm, wonder if they know something that I don't know. LOL

I was thinking the same thing, Gary. We've had this company since they were a coal company delivering coal to our old house in Hartford. They've been in business a loooong time.
