Getting a tiny bit stiff when waking up

Trudysmom Sep 29, 2010 09:57 PM

You have helped me with Trudy's immune system questions. I was wondering about morning stiffness. She seems a tiny bit stiff when she wakes up. Maybe she is just sleepy. As I said before, she is 9 1/2 years old.

What can help her little joints stay healthy? As I said below in the posts, she has just started taking a fish oil with Vit E. The brand is Butler. Can this help or does she need the glucosomine etc. If so, what is a good brand and dose for her 13 pounds. I want to possibly put off joint stiffness until she is older. Thank you.

Give her one pellet of homeophathic Rhus tox 30c directly into her mouth, without food, each day. The cod liver oil is fine along with that.
