my hot spot.. 120 F

My hot spot reaches 120 F . Is this ok for my 4month old beardies?

That's a little too hot, it could be dangerous for your beardie. The highest I have ever heard of someone keeping their basking spot is 115.
See if you can raise your light, or lower your basking area a bit. If that isn't possible, use a lower wattage bulb.

I keep my temps around 105, any higher then that and mine won't bask under the light.
