I just got an e-mail from UKC that they have given the pups thier UKC #'s based on their MKC/FCI papers and peds. We are still waiting on the AKC #'s. There is a UKC show this weekend in Denton. I am hoping to enter Gozo in the NLPC.

Also, thanks to Sami and Karen, Sarah my Harrier picked up 2 majors this past weekend. I couldn't go to the show as Ron wasn't feeling well, and Abby had alot of school activities. Sami's Harrier also picked up a major, and Karen's boy,Chunk crossed over for the major as well.

Ron is in the hospital currently undergoing blood dialysis, and will have a PD put in on Friday. He will more than likely have to stay in the hospital until early next week.

Very exciting! Can't wait to see more pictures. We were sooooo happy when we got our import's (Safinka the stinka!! haha) AKC registration so fast. In less than a week!!! Hope yours is quick too.

I just read where Ron will get a PD put in. I'm sorry to hear this news. My husband is now on 3 transplant lists. It has been 3 years now since he went into kidney failure. It is a hard road to go down.

One of my co-workers is using PD. I'm sending Ron well wishes and hope he recovers quickly.

Ron has just come out of surgery for his PD tube. They were able to insert the tube in spite if the scarring from his 2 prior small bowel resections 10 & 20 yrs ago. They have found he has parathyriod ademonas, which will be removed later. It will take about 2 weeks for the PD tube to mature, so it will be HemoDialysis 3 times a week for several weeks. Abby, Ron and I thank everyone for their well wishes.
