Just a reminder that the PHCA and the Mount Hood Pharaoh Hound Club are supporting the Pharaoh Hound entry at the Rose City Classic in Portland, Oregon on January 22. The judge will be Jim C. Briley. The entries close on January 6th. here is a link to the show's website:

We used to do this every year, but switched to the Eugene show a couple of years ago in preparation for the 2009 National. Now we are back to supporting the Rose City entry, and we are hoping that the red dog numbers are going to be big.

As in the past, all of the awards will be hand made. We have some really cool stuff lined up, I'll post pictures soon.

It's a huge show, and we have had good numbers in the past. The BOB winner on Saturday will be on Animal Planet later in the year.

It is a really nice show (with nice people) but the trip across the passes really stinks in January. Linda has indicated she won't be making the trip this time and I'm not willing to do the drive by myself so I don't expect to make it this year. Maybe 2012.
