We are starting to get a few things organized for the 2011 Nationals. Jodi Lewis has kindly offered to make a quilt for the rescue raffle. She has a great idea of making a T-Shirt quilt, so we need your help! We are asking for your old t-shirts they can be from past specialties, agility, obedience, rally, etc. We are looking for hopefully PH themed, but any doggy item will do. We need quite a few, like 25-30. So start sending them!! Please wash them before sending. To be clear, you will not get them back. They will be cut up and used as blocks in the quilt, it will be AMAZING!!!

I've gotten a few phone calls about the tee shirts that are needed for the quilt...so....yes, they can have a small stain on them unless it is in the middle of the design...ie: a coffee stain on the collar. the shirts will be cut apart and only the main design will be used in the quilt. color is of no importance....hot pink or lime green is fine with me and you will be surprised to see how great those colors will look in the quilt!!! size can be anything from an xxsmall to an xxlarge shirt. yes, they need to be washed and dryed...sorry, but I don't want your ''dirty laundry''. if I get several shirts with the same design, they will be made into either a second quilt or tote bags for the raffle table....but I am hoping to get enough for 2 quilts ( or maybe even a THIRD ), so everyone needs to dig deep in the back of the dresser drswers and donate to a great cause!!

It is wonderful that Jodi is doing this for us!! In case you can't visualize what this looks like, here is a picture of the one that I commissioned Jodi to make for my house. We use it as a wall hanging and it's awesome. Jodi is an exceptional quilter!

Um, I have an answer for you, Sheila. If you left the 'r' out of (bleep), then filtering software could have decided to "(bleep)" the result.
