Shiba in need of home

I received this message from Teri today about Wesley. He is in North Carolina. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Subject: Rescue Alert: Senior Shiba Inu, Charlotte NC Animal Care & Control

Hi all:
Wesley was surrendered to the shelter due to issues with loud noises. It appears that Wesley was a house dog that recently was placed in the backyard.. Wesley has destroyed the back door attempting to get back into the house.

He is nine years old, doesn�t like to share his toys with other male dogs and doesn�t like to have his nails trimmed. He has given us no problems during his short time here. He would just like to have his bed/couch back. Does anyone have a Shiba Inu contact???

Umm, that is sad. Why would they make him stay in the yard after all those years? Especially if it made him so stressed? Poor guy! If Brewster didn't hate other dogs I would love to take him in and share my couch.
