Due to unforeseen circumstances, Dany Canino will be unable to judge the PHCA Western Specialty.

With the approval of the PHCA Board of Directors, the judging assignment was offered to and was accepted by Mrs. Helen Winski Stein. (Mrs. Stein lives in La Quinta, CA, and is an Afghan breeder/judge with more than twenty years experience in hounds.)
