Does anyone know what could cause these, they do not seem to extend thru the scute all the way. Could this be a bacterial thing? Thanks blinkymac

Hi "blinkmac". I'm not sure what bacteria causes that problem (possibly Aeromonas sp.), and it's usually associated with "dirty" water. The link has more info and a solution to the problem.
