does it really cause cancer, I heard perilite drys out faster this true?

If you incubate the same way as Albey you will not have a problem with your perlite drying out. I incubate the way Albey does and I have never had a problem at all. My perlite never dried out. It may look dry, but its more than enough for those eggs to hatch.
Trust me. Ask Albey himself. I never had any problems and it works great!
He has 'How to Incubate' right on his website.
