Are Genets legal to own if purchased from a licensed breeder in Pennsylvania?

all non native wildlife is illegal in pa, native wildlife is legal with years certified experience with each species.

The people in charge change the rules depending on who you talk to. Some will tell you that with exotics you need the two years experience, other will say with a menagerie permit you are legal. its very difficult, so get everything from them in writing. They do regularly confiscate animals, and often its animals they said to the owners were legal at one time before.
