Fennec Foxes legal in Georgia?

i am moving there soon & i was wondering if they were legal in the state of georgia.

They are not legal in Georgia. As a matter of fact, pretty much every type of exotic pet I've looked into purchasing is illegal in Ga, except for ferrets. If it's not "naturally domesticated" you can't have it, unless you are a retailer or have a petting zoo or something. The law states that you can't have any "inherently dangerous animals" as pets, and it covers just about everything. I'm thinking of starting a petition myself because I wanted to get sugar gliders, and they are banned as well. I have no clue how a sugar glider is "inherently dangerous"...but because they are marsupials, they are banned.
