Hello everyone!!!!!

I was wondering if mice could become the staple of the BARF diet, as I have surplus due to my reptiles and amphibians. Currently I have a surplus of pinky mice, which Kakiri absolutely loves as a treat. I also seem to always end up with adult males. She gets raw meat every day in addition to her ferret food, but I was wondering if I could completely replace her dry food with pinkies and fuzzys.

You could not replace her diet with pinkies and mice, that would not provide her with all the things that she needs to stay healthy. They are ok as a treat but not as her complete diet.

there is no set in stone rules. lots of variety, and of good things. your ferret would Thrive on a diet of mice, rats, rabbit, quail,guinea pig, and any other whole prey (chicks, etc) you can get from a good source
