Mattman... this is Disa with the "large chin"

Gunilla Oct 11, 2003 05:46 PM

Now I finally have a picture of Disa with the “large” chin. It doesn’t look THAT large on this picture though (taken 3 weeks ago). I don’t think I have anything to worry about, really… what do you think? Does it look like vit. A-toxicity?

HAHA yeah that sure is a big one, lol. My Anna girl is large like that and she has the same diet as the others so I'm not thinking it's due to vit A tox. Just seeems like some dragons store their fat in the chin and others in other places like the head or under the arms. Here is my Big Girl Anna. The pic I sent you before in e-mail is on my link mystical dragons below. You can really see it in that pic.

This is her with her boy friend Buddy, lol.

I got this pic the other day when she came out for water. She is brumating now with Candy

Haha... that looks like a few of our girls. It's just fat (like Matt said). It scared me when I first saw it too... but it just means that your girls has chub to spare! I think double chins are good... in beardies at least!

and was talking to Dr Wentz, he stated they have checked everything on the dragon and it is just stored fat.
