Sticky Chewy Toys... in... fur... greeeat

ElusiveKimmaby Apr 01, 2005 11:27 PM

My friends just got their first ferret, and tried out a toy I've never gotten before. They're these popular little chewy things and they're kinda star shaped. They said their ferret LOVED them and ripped them apart, but they're sticky and now the stuff is in his fur and they're afraid to pull it out. Anyone ever had these toys before and know what they could use to wash the goo out of his fur? I have no experience with the stuff so I have no clue!!!

I've bought them, but I ended up throwing them out. I'm a worry-wort...worried about them choking on them. I do know a lot of people who do give them to their ferrets though. For getting it out of their fur, I would think warm water and ferret shampoo would get it out. Have they tried that?
