I would have posted to the health and diet ferret board but it seems a bit dead. If we want to take it there, fine.
We are first time ferret owners, though I have worked in the pet industry for years, so I am not all new to it. My 13yo son brought home a Path Valley Farms ferret week before last. That makes Akuji 9 weeks or so. Delightful, gentle, fun and we want to do right by him, obviously. Now that I have one and look in depth into feeding I am looking at RAW for him. I have reptiles so mice/rats are available even.
ANYONE with ANY info on diet.....I am specifically looking at what a typical week looks like for your beasties. I am thinking, being a baby and all that keeping kibble (currently 8in1 Ultimate) available between fresh foods. But welcome any input. TIA

Yeah, I've never had much luck with the search function either. We asked the powers that be not to split the forum into subcategories but it didn't do any good.
