This is my second pic in regards to my turt's health.
I don't see any sign or pyramiding. Your turtle is overweight. The size seems fine for her age to me. But, with regards to diet food. There isn't any really. You should just feed less protein and more greenery. You are the one who has total control over how much she weighs. Give her less and she will lose weight.
Umm, you're wrong there. That size is definately way to big for the age. The turtle is being grossly overfed.
What has the turtle been fed, how often, and in what quantities? You'll need to cut back on that big time, and get all the nutrition in there. Remember, just because the turtle always beg, doesn't mean it needs to eat, if that's the case :S
You are right about the size. I'm no expert. My largest is almost two years old and she's only 4 inches long.
