If any one could please help me. My bothers ferret sophy got her rabies shot about last year and now shes losin all her fur and you can still see where the vet gave her the injection. My brother has tried the vitamins and oils in her food and water, rubber oil on her body etc. He wanted to know if there would be a nother ander besides the glad disease because he dont have the money to hav the ultra sound done. He was wonderin if any one has had any problems with just reactions from a rabies shot?

Where is the hair loss? Does she have any swelling of the vulva? If she does, you can be fairly sure she has andrenal disease and if it were me I'd skip the ultrasound nad go right to surgery if you think she's a surgery candidate. Also, if she's displaying aggression, especially sexual aggression, that is another big sign of adrenal, but not always present. Good luck with her.
