Tips needed.

I've had a baby black rat snake for about 10 days now. He is about a foot long. It's still very much a hatchling. I can't get him to eat. I've offered a small pinkie 2 times but still nothing. If you have any tips can you post them please. Thanks

Cut the head off a pinky and offer it to him. Sometimes that will do it.

Thanks for the tip but I got him to eat. I put him in a deli cup with a split head pinkie. After about 30 minutes he ate.
