a few days ago my friend gave me her 5 gerbils because she couldnt take care of them anymore because she has WAY to many snakes. I cannot tell them apart except for one who has half a tail and I told my friend that I would keep the name for that one and her name is Taylor. There is 4 females and one male and I cannot find the male for the life of me. They all look the same.. All sandy brown color... here are some pictures of my little furry friends.

You can find very clear instructions for determining the sex of gerbils at http://www.gerbils.co.uk/gerbils/gender.htm There is a lot of other very useful information on the site as well. Best of luck.
