I found in my garden a very strange animal that i cannot recognize.It is nocturnal and behaves like a gerbil, it has the same size of a gerbil/ hamster but it has gray or blue eyes,it is more furry than a gerbil and its tail is shorter and fatter, it doent make a curve like gerbil's tail.Besides that its nose is very long, like a long-nosed rat.It looks a lot like the potoroo in the photo (link below)but it doesnt move like a potoroo, doesnt jump with its hind legs.Can you tell me whats that?
